If you aren't receiving rewards credits for your Smores.tv viewing activity, or are earnings less credits than before, here are a few things you can try: (Note: It's recommended that you try the methods listed below first before submitting a support ticket.)
If You’re Using the Smores.tv Site...Are You Logged In and Connected to a Rewards Partner?
Earning credits on the official Smores.tv site requires that you are logged into Smores.tv and connected to a Smores.tv Rewards Partner to receive credit.
Solution: If you are viewing videos via the Smores.tv site, log in, and then visit the Rewards page to connect to a Smores.tv Rewards Partner.
Are You Seeing Any Ads?
To earn credits with Smores.tv, you need to watch videos and a designated number of ads. Ads on Smores.tv can be easily spotted, as they look like typical ads for products that you would normally see on television, like toothpaste, clothing, and pet food.
Solution: We recommend spending some time watching videos and take notice if you are seeing ads play in between the videos. If you aren’t seeing ads, try one of the applicable solutions listed in the "Do's" section of this page.
Are You Watching Enough Ads to Earn Credits?
To earn credits, you must watch a designated minimum number of ads.
Solution: To see how many ads are required to earn credits, click on the "Rewards" button located beneath the video player. Once there, you'll see the "Watched" counter, which let’s you know how close you are to earning your next set of credits. So, if you see “Watched: 2 of 3” in this section, you know that you have watched two out of the required three ads to earn credits.
Are You Using a Proxy or VPN?
Proxy servers, Virtual Private Networks (VPN) or other attempts to hide an IP address are not allowed when watching Smores.tv. Any usage of IP masking devices will result in loss of credits and potential banishment from using Smores.tv.
Solution: Don't watch Smores.tv via a proxy, VPN, or any other technology that hides an IP.
